Primary Spine Practitioner

I have completed the Primary Spine Practitioner training through the University of Pittsburgh – Essentially it is an advanced practice spine treatment program establishing the standard of care for back and neck treatment.

If you have a spine problem and need a resource for nonsurgical and nonpharmaceutical diagnosis and treatment, the Primary Spine Program is designed to fill that need in healthcare.

We start with a thorough history to tell your story, followed by a full orthopedic and neurological physical exam to test your neurological status, joint integrity, muscle strength and movement patterns to determine which treatment pathway suits your case.

From there we proceed with our treatment, a combination of manual therapy, exercises, taping, activity modification and cotreatment/referral to other members of the medical team which might be required.
