TRX has become a big part of my rehabilitation and training systems. I had the pleasure of taking their certification course and have integrated some of the unique challenges offered from suspension training into my injury rehabilitation and prevention programs.
TRX has a unique challenge into neck endurance, which is a foundation of my movement assessments. There is a two way street between deep neck flexor endurance screening and TRX proficiency. TRX is a tool that can help improve one of the most common neck pain perpetuating factors, while the weakness of those same neck muscles can cause deviation into TRX form which can lean to neck pain, shoulder pain and headaches.
If you have had any issues with TRX exercise form or pain during, we can relate those issues to the combination of an orthopedic exam and movement assessment to determine where the key link of dysfunction is, then work toward a starting point to resolve your problems.
